Contractor Yard Access Terms
Version 1.0 — Effective October 9, 2026
1. Who these terms are for
1.1 These terms apply to any service contractor (landscaping, dumpster, toilet, internet, electrical, repairs or any other service) and to each of its drivers and workers ("you") who receive a gate code or any other access to a yard operated by RoadSide Retreat LLC d/b/a TruckTuck ("TruckTuck").
1.2 Access is granted only to perform the service agreed with TruckTuck, on the days and hours agreed. It is not a parking license and gives no right to park, store or leave any vehicle, trailer, equipment or material in the yard beyond the time needed to perform the service.
2. Gate code and vehicle
2.1 The gate code is personal to the contractor and the vehicle registered on this page. Do not share it, post it, or give it to anyone else. Each driver and vehicle must be registered.
2.2 Tell TruckTuck at once if the code is lost, shared by mistake, or if a driver leaves your company. TruckTuck may change or cancel a code at any time without notice.
2.3 Enter and leave only through the gate, one vehicle per gate opening. Do not hold the gate open for anyone else and do not let anyone follow you in.
3. Working in the yard
3.1 Follow the posted yard rules, speed limits and the instructions of TruckTuck staff. Keep clear of customer trucks and trailers; never move, touch or block a customer vehicle.
3.2 No hazardous materials, no open fires, no dumping of waste, oil, chemicals or debris anywhere in the yard. Take your waste with you unless TruckTuck agreed otherwise.
3.3 Report immediately any damage, spill, broken fence, gate, light, camera or other equipment you notice, and any accident or injury.
4. Photos after each visit
4.1 After each visit you will upload photos of the finished work through this page (or text them to the yard's TruckTuck number). Photos are used to confirm the visit, approve payment and keep a record of the yard's condition.
4.2 Photos must show the work done at that yard on that day. Photos may be kept by TruckTuck.
5. Insurance, safety and liability
5.1 You perform the service as an independent contractor, at your own risk, with your own tools, workers and insurance. You are responsible for the conduct of your drivers and workers in the yard.
5.2 You are responsible for any damage you, your workers or your vehicles cause to the yard, its equipment or to any customer's vehicle or property, and you will reimburse TruckTuck or the customer for it.
5.3 TruckTuck is not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicles, tools or materials while in the yard, except where caused by TruckTuck's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5.4 The yards are monitored by cameras and gate access is logged. By entering you consent to this recording.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment is made per the price and frequency agreed with TruckTuck, after the visit's photos are received and the work is approved.
7. Ending access
7.1 TruckTuck may end your access at any time, for any reason. Your access ends automatically when the service agreement ends.
8. Acceptance
8.1 By checking the box and registering your vehicle you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your company, and that you are authorized to do so.
